How IGCSEAddMath.com.my ("we", "us") handles personal data, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
This website has no contact forms and no user accounts. The personal data we receive is what you choose to send us by WhatsApp: typically your name, your child's school year and school, and your enquiry. Our website host may collect standard server logs (IP address, pages visited) for security and performance.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, schedule and run classes, and keep records of teaching progress for students we tutor. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not send marketing broadcasts. Replies are 1-to-1 conversations you started.
Our primary contact channel is WhatsApp, operated by Meta. Messages you send us via WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled on this site, they are used in aggregate to understand which pages help visitors, not to identify individuals.
Retention and access
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as useful for serving you. Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Message us on WhatsApp or via the contact page.
Children
Our students are minors; our clients are their parents or guardians. Enrolment communication is with the parent/guardian, and student data is limited to what teaching requires.
