Who teaches your child

Every tutor is a 0606 specialist personally vetted by our founder before they teach a student, with their subject knowledge and teaching observed. You can read how that vetting works on the meet-the-tutors page.

How classes are run

• Classes are one student with one assigned tutor, held online on a shared screen.
• The same tutor teaches your child each week, so there is a consistent, accountable adult, not a rotating pool of strangers.
• The parent or guardian is the client. Enrolment and scheduling are arranged with you, and you are welcome to be present or nearby for classes.
• We only collect the information teaching and scheduling need. How we handle it is set out in our privacy policy, which follows Malaysia’s PDPA.

Raising a concern

If anything about a class ever worries you, tell us straight away on WhatsApp and we will act on it. Fit and safety are part of the job, not extras, and we would rather hear a small concern early than a large one late.

Ask us anything specific

If your school or family needs particular safeguarding assurances (for example around recording, identity checks or a specific policy document), message us and we will tell you exactly what we can provide. We would rather answer a real question directly than post a generic policy that does not fit your situation.
