Pahang Tutor Jobs: Teach 0606 from Home
Based in Pahang? You can teach Cambridge IGCSE Additional Mathematics to students across Malaysia from your own desk, with every student matched to you by us.
Teaching 0606 from Pahang
Online teaching means a tutor in Pahang can teach a student in another state the same evening. We match by fit, so applicants from Pahang are welcome for students anywhere in Malaysia.
We serve families in 2 cities in Pahang: Bentong and Kuantan.
The work
Your job is the teaching. Each student meets you in a paid 1-hour trial class first, then keeps you as their weekly tutor, so progress compounds instead of resetting with a new face.
Who we are looking for
We value patience as much as mathematics. A student who has been stuck on logarithms for a month needs someone calm enough to find the one misunderstanding underneath it.
- Willingness to be observed teaching by our founder and to teach our shared, exam-focused method.
- A stable internet connection, a quiet space, and a way to write working live (a tablet with stylus or a graphics tablet).
The full requirements are on the role page.
Pay and roles
From RM80/hr, subject to experience and availability. Each new student's 1-hour trial class is paid at your normal rate. The role is freelance and part-time: you teach the weekly hours you offer. Read the full part-time role.
