Perlis Tutor Jobs: Teach 0606 from Home
This page is for tutors based in or near Perlis. The work is fully online, so being local is not a requirement, but we like knowing the schools and the school calendar our students in Perlis live by.
Teaching 0606 from Perlis
A tutor in Perlis who knows when Perlis schools run their mock exams and holidays can plan revision around them. That local sense is a bonus; the 0606 paper itself is the same everywhere.
We serve families in 1 city in Perlis: Kangar.
The work
Expect to teach across all 14 syllabus topics, from functions and quadratics to calculus and vectors, and to train both papers, including the non-calculator Paper 1.
Who we are looking for
You do not need a teaching certificate to apply. You do need to pass our mark-scheme check and an observed teaching session, because that is the same bar every tutor on our bench has cleared.
- Willingness to be observed teaching by our founder and to teach our shared, exam-focused method.
- A stable internet connection, a quiet space, and a way to write working live (a tablet with stylus or a graphics tablet).
The full requirements are on the role page.
Pay and roles
From RM80/hr, subject to experience and availability. Each new student's 1-hour trial class is paid at your normal rate. The role is freelance and part-time: you teach the weekly hours you offer. Read the full part-time role.
