Iskandar Puteri Tutor Jobs: Teach 0606 from Home

Teaching 0606 from Iskandar Puteri
Iskandar Puteri's EduCity cluster, including Marlborough College Malaysia and Sunway International School Iskandar, has drawn Malaysian, Singaporean and international IGCSE families. The township's support ecosystem is still catching up with its schools, so 0606 tutors here are in demand.
Online teaching means a tutor in Iskandar Puteri can teach a student in another state the same evening. We match by fit, so applicants from Johor are welcome for students anywhere in Malaysia.
Iskandar Puteri is one of 6 Johor locations we serve, alongside Batu Pahat, Johor Bahru, Kluang, Muar and Segamat.
The work
Your job is the teaching. Each student meets you in a paid 1-hour trial class first, then keeps you as their weekly tutor, so progress compounds instead of resetting with a new face.
Who we are looking for
School teachers in Iskandar Puteri who want a few extra evening students, experienced private tutors who want steadier 0606 work, and graduates with strong 0606 results who can explain it clearly have all made good applications.
- Clear, patient explanation for one student at a time, on video with a shared whiteboard.
- Confident teaching for the non-calculator Paper 1, including exact values and surd and index work that 0606 treats as assumed knowledge.
The full requirements are on the role page.
Pay and roles
From RM80/hr, subject to experience and availability. Each new student's 1-hour trial class is paid at your normal rate. The role is freelance and part-time: you teach the weekly hours you offer. Read the full part-time role.
