Sungai Buloh Tutor Jobs: Teach 0606 from Home
Our online tutor bench is open to 0606 specialists in Sungai Buloh. Parents come to us for one thing, a tutor who knows the Cambridge Additional Mathematics paper, and we need more people who can teach it well.
Teaching 0606 from Sungai Buloh
Sungai Buloh has grown into a substantial township, better linked since the MRT, with ELC International School and nearby IGB International School in Sierramas. A genuine Cambridge cohort studies here, and local 0606 tutors are welcome.
Sungai Buloh has a smaller Cambridge cohort than the big Klang Valley hubs, which is exactly why online 1-to-1 tutoring matters there. A tutor who knows Selangor can relate to students' school calendars and private-candidate routes.
Sungai Buloh is one of 15 Selangor locations we serve, alongside Bandar Baru Bangi, Bandar Sunway, Bandar Utama, Cyberjaya and Gombak and others.
The work
Your job is the teaching. Each student meets you in a paid 1-hour trial class first, then keeps you as their weekly tutor, so progress compounds instead of resetting with a new face.
Who we are looking for
You do not need a teaching certificate to apply. You do need to pass our mark-scheme check and an observed teaching session, because that is the same bar every tutor on our bench has cleared.
- Genuine fluency in the Cambridge IGCSE Additional Mathematics 0606 syllabus, across all 14 topics and both papers.
- Mark-scheme fluency: you know where method (M), accuracy (A) and independent (B) marks are earned, and you teach students to write working that collects them.
The full requirements are on the role page.
Pay and roles
From RM80/hr, subject to experience and availability. Each new student's 1-hour trial class is paid at your normal rate. The role is freelance and part-time: you teach the weekly hours you offer. Read the full part-time role.
Parents see this side of the service on our online Add Math tutoring page for Sungai Buloh.
